if you do a search there is a guy that did the front end on a mj it was not very cheap though. you need the whole front clip to do it.

it looks like a cross between a 97+xj body, with a wj front end, and a pre97 xj rear end

thats a brand new jeep cherokee in Europe or another country. JP magazine talks about it once and while. It has a WJ grill. it looks kinda cool. I think they talk about it on their website.

the parts to do the swap is actually very cheap. the grille is only like 30 bucks and each fender is like 18. but then there is all the headlight assembly and whatnot. every part is priced individually.
i'm not sure, but i think you can get shipping pretty easily. they like to sell and ship things to the u.s. you just gotta find a broker, or someone to deal with directly.
i used to have a complete price list for every part, including the tail lights. i was thinking of doing a swap like that last year.

they also make a jeep 4700 grand cherokee. all parts are available.

Heres the same Jeep i do believe and I guess it is China that makes them. I don't remember where i seen it but someone in the US did do the front clip swap to one of "our" xjs. Might of been on pirate4x4 or something. It does have a modern look to it for sure

I would love to get those seats, especially the rear. I love the back seat console w/cupholder.
