Default Jeep got the bad case of the gremlins

So the story is that I installed a fan override switch, here's the link of switch setup I used. https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/right-way-install-manual-switch-your-e-fan-212243/I then tested it and it worked, I then was about to head out on some trials when I noticed the turn signals were not working right, i then noticed that at times my fan switch would sometimes not work either. Came back home disconnected the fan switch setup found no fuses blown. I then check every fuse in the interior and engine bay fuse box's and none of the fuses were blown. The next thing I tired from reading around was to replace the terminal flaher and hazard relay, new flasher did nothing and couldn't find the correct location for hazard relay. So yeah anyhelp would be nice plz electric problems are not my strong suit.

Here's a link to where I posted this problem on reddit to with video

Update sorry took so long had some emergency IRL stuff pop up. Got to and removed the ignition switch per cruiser54. But both the connectors and the switch dont seem to be burnt theres only one connector on the switch that seems to have some crrossion but not a lot.

Switch:

Connectors:

So should I just replace the switch since maybe it could something internally that could have cuase it fail and cuase my headlight/turnsignal problem? And if i dont need to change would checking out the headlight switch be the next step?

That switch appears okay.
Do your radio and blower work?

@cruiser54 yes both radio and blower motor are working.
@roninofako all ground wires in egine bay have been upgrade since i did the big 7 seven upgrade from jeep cables. I checked other threads talking about 2 ground points on the left finder but I only found this one

but can't seem to find the other one.
As for the interior theres the one on left side of steering column under the dash

And checking other threads theres other one near the steering but can't seem to find it.

Not really affecting the turn signals. Perhaps you have 2 problems. Here's a pinout of the headlight switch for ya.

I did that same mod using those same instructions and it worked beautifully. You don't indicate what you used for a switch/relay setup, but I would suspect that if everything was working fine just before that, you tapped into/spliced into something that is impacting it. I would trace down what you did for the wiring for your fan and switch setup before going all wonkers on everything else.

Update:sorry for not replying for long IRL stuff had to put jeep on hold.
So to answer the question of the set up it's really this setup 1:1 link:https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/ri...-e-fan-212243/
Useing the same realy he used and the same power, ground and splicing point with a simple toggle switch to turn fan off and on.

But did some digging under the dash and found that the mod might not have been the couplrt
:

Found one of the terminals for the headlight swith melted. The PO did install led headlights but did not do the harness upgrade when I got the jeep. And at the time the headlight harness upgrade I wanted to get was unavailable due to supply chain issues.
But I'm also not sure if that's the issue since it's only one terminal that melted on the harness, and other examples i saw of this happening shows the hole terminal melted.

Thanks for pic looks like the one that melted was the one for the headlights. So does that mean I need to get a new harness pigtail and get rid of the led and go to stock. At least until my headlight harness upgrade gets here to have headlights again?
