Ok got a new switch and stock headlights going to pick up a local autozone. Now for the headlight pigtail there's a cuople of options , ordering stock like one but won't get here in time. Other way is that 90s dodge pickup trucks have the same connecter as the jeeps since they used the same switch can get those at local pick and pull and auto stores.

Or you could bin the plastic moulding altogether & just replace the overheated spade terminal.
Harnesses are less important, with LED's, at least for switch protection reasons, as they draw so little current but, although quality varies, they're 2 a penny (oops, sorry, a dime a dozen) on fleabay.

Update: Hello again everyone sorry for very late update work and IRL stuff have keep me very busy. So the good news I found the culprit of my little headlight problem before, I left for my trip it turns out that the headlight harness connector that is under the airbox was cover in corrosion so after some cleaning of the connectors and putting some Dielectric grease everything was working right.
So I can say this problem is solved for now, want to thank all the help you guys gave.

This one? CRUISER'S MOSTLY RENIX TIPS
I suggest unplugging EVERY electrical connection in the engine bay you can find, whether engine related or not, and spraying it out with a , visually inspecting the terminals making sure they haven’t retracted into the plastic holder, and then plugging it back together.
There’s a critical 10-pin connector for the front lighting system located in front of the air cleaner and behind the left headlight assembly. Don’t miss that one. Also be sure that the connectors to the ballast resistor mounted near the air cleaner housing are clean and tight.
ALL of the relays should be removed, the terminals wire-brushed until shiny, and the receptacles sprayed out with contact cleaner. Then plug them back in. I do this on every Renix Jeep I purchase or work on for someone else.
