Jeep L6 cams
Does anyone manufacture a nitrided cam and lifter set for the I6 engine(2001), without a radical profile(iow: a mild grind that won't require a lot of lift beyond stock)? Thanks in advance, for any info.

Jones Cams can grind a cam for your '01. They are like the only one. Smallest might be In204*/0.472"-Ex208*/0.478"
Don't know about nitriding, just call and ask.
Post what you get and use. What valve springs do you plan on using?
Do you need a new cam or just want more performance?
If you don't need a new cam, I would just run 1.7:1 Harland Sharp roller rockers on the stock cam and springs.
