Wow what a huge amount of trouble you went to with that duct work, I would have just put an electric space heater inside, they'd probably all be dead within an hour

I don't understand why you didn't at least take the seats out (blast them with heat outside or just source some junk yard seats), take door panels off (lay them in the trunk). Just too many places to hide in a vehicle. There's a guy on craig's list selling an entire interior (sans dash). Maybe not in your area, but you get the point.

If it were my Jeep I'd disassemble the entire interior to make the most of the heat. Especially after going to the trouble that you have. I'm very curious as to the results. Just make sure your body/hair/clothes/shoes don't bring them back into the vehicle.

Update

I ran a second time to be sure. Seems to have worked. Reason I didn't take seats etc out, time. Boss been gone and I was able to set this up outside our work alleyway late at night. Didn't want neighboring business' freaking
" WTH is he doing!"
and had to work really long hours to finish. Bad timing etc. So I was able to run the heat, watch it as I worked. With time this weekend, I'll be able to do all that disassembly and check it at home.

As for space heaters, I did that. But they shut off too early. They have thermal protection in them that shuts off before reaching temp I need to kill the eggs, 140F. The floor heaters Got up to 110F then they shut off. From 1st post, I did that. I had 5 set up. Two in front, two in back passenger seat, then one in hatch area. Ran for hours. I'm sure killed directly in front but those bastards scurry away.
With this torpedo heater, it worked rather well. And since it ran on diesel, had some diesel fumes in there too that hopefully asphisiated the little bastards.

Someone said something about phobia of them. Hell yes. They ate me. My legs and feet are now swelled up from the bites. Going to doctors today. But hopefully done. This weekend, I'll remove all the inside molding and run inside with my portable heat gun that supposedly hits 1,000F. Make several quick passes. Do under the seats. Think I found their nest to be somewhere on passenger side in back seat. Reason is because as applying heat for an hour, I sprayed with 99% Isopropanol around the outer doors. The seals of course worn so I thought they'd hide just outside. They did, because when I sprayed the back passenger door, the liquid came out reddish. Damn, my blood. Little bastards. And early on, that area of the back seat had reddish on the seat that I thought was stained by Malathion. Again, my blood from dead bugs.

All this because they multiplied to probably thousands. They breed behind me. Then all came up after about 3 weeks of the initial find on the luggage. and didn't know my Jeep had a problem.

Thanks, me too. Freaky time. Did play mental on me. And praying a lot.
If anyone knows the Bible with Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt. I am now convinced the pestilence was some sort of these bastards.

Them bugs are nasty, my son still has scars from some of the bites he got when my dad had them at his house(spread from his gf house to his). Thankfully they never made it to my house. Hopefully u got them all, it has to be a creepy feeling driving around knowing they are there.

The weather forecast in your area has highs is in the low 80s.

If your vehicle is parked in a still area w/ lots of sun exposure while wrapped in black plastic, then wouldn't the inside get really hot, perhaps to the required temperature?

So far, so good. I'm blowing off foggers every other day in case. damn, I hope just overkill.

No bites today. FANTASTIC.
But all swelled up feet to knees. Hands to elbows where the bites were. Doctor gave me steroids etc to reduce it. But what a bleeping B these bugs are. Bring back DDT. DDT controlled it. Anyway, Doctor liked my torpedo heat treatment. Thought was ingenious. He suggested Coachella but not hot enough yet.

Didn't get bit until 2 weeks after the luggage was discovered. Thought I was clear. Then oh sh*t. Thousands bred by then,
But Stopped them in the house. That luggage was trashed. They were in my son's bedroom. Moved to the adjoining room but stopped them dead. We threw out the couch, adjoining short couch and the matching chair. Living room looks like my days as an 20yo. Patio chair and table. But vacuuming, spraying, steam cleaning, etc every weekend to be sure. After sure then will buy furniture. I've stayed away from the house until Jeep is sure clean. Stayed at work with the Jeep parked.
When I did go home, I stripped in the backyard, toss clothes in a trash bag and into a container that shuts. Damn things. Straight to shower. Wash with shampoo and Isopropanol, 99%. My hair too because I think that's where they were nesting. Ewwww. I'm good now with the 2nd Bug-BQ done.

As a side note, had a trace of the bugs in the front of the Jeep. I think, Could be my psychic paranoia. Doing another Bug-BQ tonight at work to be sure. Be the 3rd one. I have no new bites but damn, I'm freaked.

BTW, putting clothes in the freezer doesn't work. Have to be so much colder and for 4 days or more. Heat kills eggs better. 140F for 40 mins I'm told. I did 160F for 2 hours. Took some time to get that hot because at night,
