And there is not any codes or light. Coolant levels are good. Could the engine dying just be a safety thing since i was unplugging one at a time maybe the computers thought something was wrong so it shut off.

I replaced the spark plugs this morning. All of them looked good and not really any different then the new ones but replaced them anyways. It still is running rough but idle is running right around 800 rpm. I wasn't going to spend 60 on a cap and rotor at the store so I just ordered one on line for much cheaper. I'm going to take it to the shop next week and see what they can tell me.
$60 for a cap and rotor? Holy Crap! Where were you shopping for them? That is nuts!

You can do the power balance with a test light to ground out each spark on cap. The past two vehicles I've worked on this week both ran like crap both injector problems. One jeep number 6 the other a chevy 4.3 with 1,3,5 all dead cylinder but still run. Noid light will or even the test light will help you in seeing if your getting a pulse to that injector and check resistance in the injectors with a multimeter.
