I assume you've checked your fuses. At this point, the most likely cause would be injector failure. Do you recall if the spark plug was wet when you pulled it? If fuel is being sprayed into the cylinders but the spark isn't hot enough to ignite the air/fuel mixture then the plugs would be soaked in gasoline. If they're not, get a volt meter on your injector harness. Also, try wiggling the injector harness loom while someone cranks the engine.
