i checked the battery and it was good so i guess its the wires? but my radio plays thats what is bothering me lights go on to but nothing from the starter? im gonna check and see if the starter is getting the power tomorrow and post something if its not.

If your battery is bad enough even jump starting it won't help. I am guessing your battery. Not enough amps to crank it over. You probably have enough volts to run the radio and stuff but not enough amps to turn over the starter

when i charged the battery it went back to 100 % so im guessing its okay is their a fuse under the steering wheel that goes to the starter and if so witch one is it i dont have a book for jeep anymore.

Have you load tested the battery yet? I would really start there. Just because it might be charged with 13 volts doesn't mean anything. I would make sure your battery is 100 percent good before you start chasing problems that possibly aren't there.

There are no fuses under the steering wheel

This sounds exactly like an issue that I have every now and then. What's the fix? I push the selector lever into P further, to where it won't move anymore. The wiring is getting old, so the killswitch isn't being deactivated properly.
That's what's up with MY 'Okee, anyways. Hopefully it's this easy for you.
