While you were getting a new starter, you should of taken your battery to get it load tested as well.

test your battery

If your battery tests good, then check the battery wires. Same thing happened to me and it was corroded wires.

If your battery is bad enough even jump starting it won't help. I am guessing your battery. Not enough amps to crank it over. You probably have enough volts to run the radio and stuff but not enough amps to turn over the starter

Have you load tested the battery yet? I would really start there. Just because it might be charged with 13 volts doesn't mean anything. I would make sure your battery is 100 percent good before you start chasing problems that possibly aren't there.

Dude read the post, more than one person recommends doing a load test on your battery, you can have 13-14 volts on your battery, but not enough amps to crank it over, that's what a load test does, checks the amps.

There are no fuses under the steering wheel

This sounds exactly like an issue that I have every now and then. What's the fix? I push the selector lever into P further, to where it won't move anymore. The wiring is getting old, so the killswitch isn't being deactivated properly.

That's what's up with MY 'Okee, anyways. Hopefully it's this easy for you.
