Finally it fixed...it was my spark plug...
but now another problem is my engine is stalling?Is it because of any vacuum leak?

vacuum leak will cause higher than normal idle.

Today i got code which is 24. Related to TPS.If TPS is bad, will engine stall??

TPS is an odd cridder that I don't fully understand. Yes, at least once on one of my 90's I had stalling that quit after I adjusted it. They are not adjustable post 90 though. Random "lights out" stalling you might suspect a CPS. Cycling, fumbling stalling at a low point could be lots of things including the TPS me thinks. A steady fluctuation in idle, say 15 to 30 seconds just might be the O2 sensor. My 90 did that with an 02 that was toast, but it rarely died, just rarely at the low part of the cycle.

Agreeing with Freedgr, but that map tube is so small and long, the higher idle might me minimum. (mine dies if I unplug it Btw.)
