Here's my first post on a forum ever. I have a 98 Cherokee 4.0 and it's been running great over the last few months except for a few issues.

Background - the Jeep got a new starter back in March. It sometimes shuts off after a cold start or the subsequent one when I haven't driven it in a while. It refuses to idle initially, but everything is fine once I drive for a few mins. I've been driving it more regularly over the last week so the issue hasn't been happening. The left hood latch won't lock when shut buy the right one does, so the hood stays shut but peeps up a bit on the left edge. The oil change is a bit overdue as the oil cap is stuck on. Despite these issues, it's been a blast to drive. Today it was raining hard and I needed to step out so I when I hopped in and tried to fire it up, I got one crank and then clicks after with the dash lights flickering. I tried again at night after rain stopped, but just got clicks - video attached. I didn't test the battery but the lights turn on bright and the horn is good too.
