Default Jeep Xj Vibration issue when revved in park ??? HELP

Hello I own a 1986 Jeep Cherokee Laredo with the 2.8l v6. I can’t seem to figure out where this vibration is coming from. As soon as i put it in drive it stops completely. I have replaced all the front fan belts, spark plugs, motor mounts, and transmission mount. What am I doing wrong????

When you replaced the motor and transmission mounts did you replace them with like stock rubber or like aftermarket urethane? The rubber isolates vibrations more and the other materials transfers more vibration. Also, did you ensure that the brackets for the mounts were solidly connected?
