meh those things are okay they can take a beating from and IED but suck when it comes to offroading, they are super top heavy, the best truck the army has for mudding would prolly be a PLS or an LHS low COG and lockers and 8x8 on the lhs and 10x10 on the pls. i love driving them!

well those trucks i mentioned we have in america its a lil thing called the military just cause we deploy dont mean we dont train and get ready for deployments in the states! those big poles are antennas for radios that we use to reach 1/4 of the way across iraq and its made specifically to hunt down ied's and the hull of the truck is angled in such a way that it diverts the shrapnel from an ied, and if you want pics just google "LHS" or "PLS"

they are pretty cool, that big piece of steel on the passenger side that starts at the front and folds back by the windshield is actually a hydraulic army that is controlled from the safety of the cab to investigate anything that may be considered part of or an ied its self
