This man speaks the truth. I purchased a set of left-hand bits years ago. They have saved my bacon SEVERAL times.

Soak offending bolt with PB blaster or Liquid Wrench or ATF/Acetone mix.. Tap with a hammer, apply some mild propane heat and carefully try it with the reverse drill bit going slow.

Barring that procedure, weld a nut on the remaining material and it should jump out. DONT FORGET to apply anti-sieze on the new bolts.

Thanks everybody for the great responses. Yesterday when I had some time, I took a small nailset and a small hammer and luckly I was able to move it. Then I used a small needle-nose and my fingers and removed the bolt. I am glad I used JB-80 to clean the bolt and hole before I installed and broke the bolt, It came out real easy. I replaced the t-stat with a 195 and the housing and bolts too.I am still going to replace the rad and water-pump before I drive it.
Thanks Again!!!!! Yall are the best!
