Ok, so I'm swapping out my t-case on friday, and was wondering if anyone knows what size bolts are used to hold in place and whatnot. that way if i break a few i can have extras on hand. Also the t-case just uses trans fluid right? and how can i figure out the spline count? (gotta make sure the new t-case im getting matches up)

Can't remember bolt size. Yes trans fluid DexIII or DexIV. You have a 23 spline count.

there are a couple different places where you are going to have to take bolts out.... i would start with the bolts that hold the transfer case to the crossmember, this bolt if i am not mistaken is an 18mm socket. then you are going to want to take to driveshats off which are an 8mm, you then want to unbolt the linkage which i think is a 14mm, then comes the crossmember which is a 15mm and then umbolt the transfercase from the transmission and i think that is a 15mm too. make sure the plugs on the old transfercase match up with the new one too. all of the bolts that you need to take out are metric. your looking from 13 or 14mm to 18mm
