Fuse* and yes it does. The power locks are fuse number 13 I believe But just check all of your fuses to be sure (doesn't take long anyways). Under the driver side dash is where the box is located. Do your power door locks work from inside the vehicle? If they do then your fuse is still good. If it is just your remote, I'd look into the batteries for the remote.

Yes, the door buttons work. I just put new batteries in the fob, but I guess they could be bad too. Also, the rear passenger door wont unlock with the buttons it makes a loud grinding noise. Sometimes it is hard to unlock manually.

And for your rear door I'd take the panel off and check it out. Other wise you are going to just burn out the gears. Same thing happened to my XJ and now I just run with my manual locks. Waiting for warmer weather to take it apart and dig in.
