I have roughly 5.5in worth of lift on stock LCA's.(yeah i know FU PO) I am looking at rustys adj's one has flex joints and are a whopping 20 bucks more. But what are the pro's and cons. With and without the flex joints?

Flex joints tend to flex easier/farther, and last a little longer than bushings. Both would be a huge improvement over stock...HTH!!

i have some from ironman4x4fab and cant complain. Andy is a good guy and will set you up with you need. If you wanna save a few bucks, tell him how much lift you have and he can make you a set of fixed uppers AND lowers for probably around what rustys lower adjustables cost or atleast close to it.

http://www.ironman4x4fab.com/XJ_Inventory.html

doesnt have fixed lowers on his site, but he can do them

Good deal. I will just call in the morning. And as far as knowing exactly how much lift i have no idea. It looks like 3in with 2 spacers. But the PO said its a RE 3.5 with 2 spacers but the coils are red and the RE are silver from what i have seen.

Yeah, it could be a Rancho or Sky Jacker kit, hard to say. He will be able to take care of you.

measure from center cap to bottom of flare.

stock front is 17.5
stock rear is 17

just subtract those from what ever your distance is now and thats the actual lift.

if you dont have flares, well thats a different story :-p there are other ways, but you will need to look them up
