Default Leak on Drivers Side Floor?

So since I have gotten my Cherokee last year I have had a leak on my drivers side floor, not alot of wtater but enough to cause water pooling and some starting of rust on the floorboard.. I pulled the carpet fixed the rust and cleaned out the cowl hoping to solve the problem, but no luck, then the XJ sat for the past 3-4 months with work full time and school, I don't have much time to play with the XJ..

Well I went out to start it and noticed a little bit of a line of ice running down it and traced it back to this spot:

Size: 72.5 KB
(This is looking up from the drivers floor right of the pic is the firewall)
I know I could throw some seam sealer, or silicone up and plug the spot, but more importantly, where is this water coming from??

Thanks!

Default leaks

There might be a hole under that ruber seam right below. Mine leaked so i used a grinder to get under it and sure enough there was a rust hole.
Also check your windshield trim see if there is any rust under it, Mine was leaking so had to replace cracked windshield anyway, I had 8 good size holes on windshield frame.
