Leak in the radiator seam

Leak in the radiator seam
My '97 has a leak in the radiator along one of the welds, and may have an additional leak elsewhere. Would it be best to weld the radiator back up to correct the leak, or just purchase a new radiator?
Opinions on stop leak as a temporary solution until the new radiator arrives or this one is welded?
If I do need to just buy a new one, what is absolutely the best one I can get? This Jeep is my daily driver, but I do occasionally go off roading.
TIA

Don't use stop leak.
Instead replace the radiator ASAP.
In the olden days, i've done my share of soldering shut some leaks in radiators.
But back then they were all mostly made out of easy to solder copper.
Today, they're typically made of aluminum.
IMO, not worth patching up and difficult to do with aluminum.
It'll likely spring a leak somewhere else.
Far as the best radiator replacement, i'll leave that for others to comment on.
