Default Leaky Fuel Line Troubles, Help me not burn it down

Hi all,
My first post on here, so far I've been able to find most of the information I've needed to complete the various projects on my new-to-me 1990 XJ except this final piece. I've been able to complete a top engine rebuild, the cooling system was pressurized with exhaust gasses due to a warped head, and as my luck would have it everything has gone back together except the rear/return fuel line. I've searched everywhere and bought all the recommended parts I could find, but I can't get the rear line on without it leaking and I don't want to ignite the engine bay of course. I have purchased new O-rings from napa, and quick disconnect kit from Crown automotive.
Napa - NOE 7305018 (3/8 inch fuel line o-ring)
Napa - NOE 7305017 (5/16 inch o-ring)

Crown Fuel Line Repair Kit - https://www.morris4x4center.com/fuel...-83502745.html
I also purchased the Dorman quick disconnect clips which haven't seemed to be a problem yet. I have tried every combination of putting these on, and it ended up working with the Fuel Line Repair Kit, however the rear line closest to the firewall wiggles ever so slightly and leaks fuel with a mission.
I guess I'm not sure if these are the right parts and I just need to buy 3-4 sets of them to make sure one will fit, or if my line is messed up somehow. I can attach pictures of the line if needed, but nothing looks damaged or out of the ordinary. If anyone has any advice or help I'd appreciate it, trying to get it running before snowfall. Thank you!
Edit: Just wanted to clarify the line is leaking AFTER I have "fixed" it attempting over a dozen combinations. I've also done some more research and found that the line can possibly leak from the metal connector on the fuel line itself, not internally from the o-rings spacers, etc. Going to check that tomorrow and will post my results. Thanks.

Can't seem to find exactly where the leak is coming from. Made a post on my local FB jeep group and have 2 guys willing to come over and help me. Any recommendation is still appreciated, but as this forum has had traffic of almost 100 people and no replies I won't be updating or visiting it as much everyday. Thanks.

Default Fixed

*FIXED* After countless hours and dozens of combinations of clips and o-rings and spacers, I'm here to tell the few that see this the solution that worked for me. First I recommend buying 2 of each part you need but the o-rings and the doorman assorted fuel line clips. I listed the part numbers in the original post, buy 4 of each o-rings from napa, 2 quick connect oil cooler/fuel line repair kits, and 1 assorted quick release set from doorman. Use the o-rings until they fit, but DO NOT use the clips that come with the quick release kit. Use the clips that come with the dorman kit, or reuse your old ones if they are in good condition. Hope that helps anyone, but keep testing it, throw it in accessory to pressurize the fuel rail and bleed from the valve each time you wanna test. You'll go through a bit of gas, but better than it busting off on the road after it held pressure at idle but blows off under power. Good luck, happy jeepin.

Measure the OD of the metal line on the engine. Get that size kit/o-rings. Must be compatible with fuel. Oil them before installing. Make sure the plastic spacer is between the o-rings.
