Default Left turn signal issue.

My 2000 jeep grand Cherokee has an intermittent left turn signal issue. I’ve checked the fuse it’s fine. I’ve checked the bulb. Also fine. Checked by hand to see if I could find a loose connection. No results. The only way to get the turn signal to work that i eventually found by accidentally kicking it one day is by hitting on the fuse panel. I’m aware it’s not the best idea to keep hitting my fuse panel over time. In the summer the turn signal works no problem. In the winter is when I have problems. The right signal works fine. Any advice on how I can source and repair this issue? It was my grandmas vehicle and I can’t afford to take it to a shop and be without my vehicle any amount of time as it’s essential to my sources of income. so I’m forced into a situation Where I have to fix it myself. I’d appreciate any input. Thank you.
