Exclamation Let's Play guess the differential!

I have a 91 Laredo and I need to know the front and rear differentials so I can change their fluid. Can anyone Identify them and provide the proper oil viscosity and amount that they need?

Thanks

Default Let's Play guess the differential!

Front is always a Dana 30 they only used one axle family in the front. The rear looks like a Dana 35. They all used the same fluid anyways so it doesn't really matter. Book on my 99 says 70-90 but I use 85-140.

No idea I buy it by the case and fill until it hits the bottom of the fill port. 6 quarts sounds like you will have enough with a little extra.

I typically buy 3 quarts for my two differentials and have a little bit left over. I believe they are ~1.25 a piece. Fill till it spills!
