Default Lift Help ?????

I bought my Cherokee with the lift on it from an older gentlemen
that did not know how much it was lifted
the finders are cut so that will not be a good place to measure
so I got a number from top of the axle to the frame 11-1/8
can some one with a stock jeep or with a lift that they know the hight
get a measurement for me to compare

It is a RE lift with AAL I think 4.5

front ride height on a stock xj from top of axle tube to bottom of frame should be 6 3/4 give or take 1/2"

Looks to me like an RE 3.5 kit which actually typically hits around 4-4.5 inches.. I am curious what kind of fender flairs those are?
