Lift install...how long?
How long would it take to install the RE 3.5 super ride full leaf? Ive already broke the leaf bolts loose and backed them out about half way and lubed the snot out of them so those SHOULDNT(?) be a problem with freezing up. So basically, in a perfect world about how long are we talking? Thanks!

Sounds good, I think Ill give myself 7hrs on the project, the only issue I know for sure I will have is most likely the upper shock bolts in the rear. The Jeep is fairly clean with no rust and I kroiled all the bolts about every day for about a month or so. But then again Im no stranger to Murphy and his laws

I would give yourself a good weekend to complete the job. You never know when Murphy is going to show up and the last thing you want is to be pushed for time. Just my two cents.

Ive done 3... All take me around 8-12 hours myself with no help and only a small socket set, 1 floor jack and 4 floor jacks. For some reason I always have issues getting the new coils in. Even with a compressor.

took me 8+ hours to get the "free-spinning ... non-backing out" leaf bolt from body
in course smacked my chin with a crow bar (that hurt) .. finally got leaf out after a long while
the ones i purchased of CL were wrong .. I gave up .. reinstalled old one in an hour
Then bought coil over Sensatracs to rid the sag .. they lifted sag at least 2" when empty .. 500 lbs in rear will sag a bit

i had a nightmare getting the front leaf spring bolts out of the frame when i did my lift. check out my post on the broken bolt, i put up some pics of how i got it out... maybe that can help you if ya get stuck. lift probably took more like 10hrs. had i just torched all the old stuff off it would have been much faster. (rough country 4.5") the front springs were a p.i.t.a. for me too

Well, it took me about 12 hrs including the time it took to go BACK to town and get a "strut" compressor because the "spring" compressor wouldnt get it done so lesson learned if doing coil springs in a XJ!
