Default lift questions

I have a 90 xj and want to add a small lift and was thinking of using 2" coil spacers up front, and shackles in the rear. Would this be a competent lift, and could I run 31/10.50's with this lift? (I have also trimmed the fenders)

That should be fine if you've already trimmed..
