Are you planning on doing any serious wheeling or mostly DD/light off-road?
My 94 Sport is a DD/light off-road.
I used Monroe Sensa-Tracs
Front- FRONT ZJ w/"UpCountry Package" Sensatrac shock part #37193
Rear-REAR 1986-92 Jeep Comanche Monroe Sensatrac part #37029
Rear number is only good if you use the Monroe shocks as they are almost 1" longer than other brands
The MJ rear shocks do not come with a barpin, you can either transfer your old ones over or purchase a set of barpin eliminators.
OR you can do the rear swaybar endlink mod.
Simply put: Use the rear swaybar mounting bracket that normally gets bolted to the U-bolt. This is then bolted to the two upper shock mount bolts. Now you can use any shock that uses a straight-thru bolt, AND you NEVER have to worry about messing around with those infamous snapping shock bolts.
