mine did this and it was my front output-shaft bearing in the tcase,i unbolted my front driveshaft and with the weight of the driveshaft off the bearing,it stopped squealing.
go under ur jeep and turn ur front driveshaft,if it squeals its the bearing

Bad axles u-joints can cause a squeaking that will speed up and slow down as you accelerate and decelerate. Reach up under there and grap the yoke right behind the steering knuckle and "jiggle" it around. If it moves...your u-joint is bad.

+1 for a loose belt. Mine is doing the same thing. Does it get louder when you turn the wheel at low speeds? If you try turning the wheels while stopped it should make it squeal more because of the higher load on the power steering pump.
Also Hyper, after your belt warms up it gets better grip on the pulleys which would be why it squeals more when it's cold. Cold belt = less grip = more squealing. I'm not sure if the expanding and contracting could be a variable as well, but its a possibility.
There are a few threads about tightening up your belt, I think the adjustment is by the power steering pump. I'm not sure how tight to go tho.

possibly the mufler is making noise. Mine makes a good squeel when I first start going and I could see how it might make a constant noise if it was any more loose. to check it you can just wiggle your tail pipe or try to move your muffler around. where does the noise sound like its coming from? Front, back, etc?
