just pulled the trigger on a 1996. getting it all tidied up and I had some questions.

1. the incessant beeping when I put my key in the ignition but my seat belt isn't on yet. Is there a fuse I can pull for that? I don't mind the red light on the dash cluster, but the noise may drive me crazy

2. are there lights for the temp controls? when I turn on my lights, the radio and gauges light up, but the temperature control does not. You can see in the photo how it's dark. Also, the light for my rear washer comes on intermittently, and there is no light up icon for the rear defroster. Is that also normal? need a new fuse?
