Actually, I didn't think the welds were that good looking, since I was hopping around a lot...
The repair patch is 1/8" steel ... the subframe is a little thinner... I didn't want to burn through or distort it.
I'm happy I finally got it taken care of.
rockers are next. and door bottoms

great work.. but correct me if im wrong but the edges where the repair meets factory frame (the verticals) shouldnt that be like a half moon, or like a zig zag type cut... to keep the stress of that straight weld joint? it will probably be fine since it just an overlap of the factory frame but im curious.
