Is this location OK for the fire wall to engine ground wire?
So doing the big 7 wire upgrade and found out the firewall to ground wire is mounted in a different place. Green circle shows where everyone else shows there's ground strap goes to on the stud bolt which I don't have. Red shows where mine is at.
Is the location OK or do I need to relocate when I change the strap?

battery cable should go to same stud on motor as the the body to motor ground wire. I dont like it on the exhaust stud, too much heat, place it on the cool side of the motor,
Note, that braided ground must be carefully routed. My jeeps prior owner had work done with engine out and shop reinstalled that braided wire over the other harness bundle rather than under it. This allowed vibration to cause the braided wire to act as a file or saw, and cut thru the corregated plastic wire sleeve, and into a couple of the wires inside!
So route that braided wire very carefully.
Metal braided wires and metal braided hoses can saw thru engine blocks, radiator, body panels, fuel lines, wire harnesses, etc... when subject to vibration or other movement. I kid you not! use care in routing and securing of them.
NOTE that braided wire is really undersized, best to replace it with a fatter wire, a wire with insulation so it does not act like a file or saw.

I don't plan on using that ground wire again, got upgraded wires from jeep cables.com
Also the ground looks like to be attached to the exhuast stude with a nut.
And if that location is still a go, could this stud work if I thread the ground cable under the throttle body lines with a nut on tip of it?

OK sounds good, now this may by off topic but on my PDC instead of one point I have two.
And the old postive wire has this two hole tang.
Do I need to remove the tang and put it on the PDC for the two new positive cables or it will be fine like this?
