I got a response from the previous owner. Below is exactly what he has

http://rustysoffroad.com/mm5/merchan...ode=sus_xj_kit

KIT INCLUDES:
• Front 2" coil springs
• Rear 2" full length add-a-leaf
• Front hydro preformance shocks
• Rear hydro prformance shocks
• Grade 8 U-Bolts

Rusty’s 2 in suspension will result in increased off road performance, better towing capability and an excellent ride. The kit consists of Rusty’s 2 in front coils, 2 full length add-a-leafs, 4 U-Bolts and 4 Rusty’s Hydro shocks.

Unfortunantly I have the same lift. I put about 500 pounds in the back (tools) and it smoothed the ride out. I was hoping after a year it would be ok to remove the weight but not yet, I tried it this weekend but it's still stiff. A lot of threads awhile back complained about rustys stuff sagging quick, I quess he overcompensated I'm still at 3 " in the back and front a year after installing a 2" lift, AAL at that. And if it had sagged I'd be here complaining about it. LoL no pleasing people I guess.

I'll agree on the no nitro shock if we are talking about the standard white body stuff all the lift COs have. If you are talking yellow or grey bodied shocks, OME or Bilstine, that may be a completely different story. Valving is much better. ANY OME shock is going ride better than ANY white body shock, worth the money better. They might cast 50% more but they are >100% better.

Ranchos are better than those generic white body shocks. Cheapest I could find them was $50 a piece online, plus ten shipping.

the main gripe with rancho's is that rancho is specifically marketed for the truck/full body suv crowd the valving for lighter vehicles is not tuned all that well.

and call RC and get the 10% discount, 2 shocks shipped with 3 day shipping was $57.xx
