I got to get that in the morning. But I'll let you know. And is it the tps or the CPS I check from?

???? It's right there in Cruiser's #5. Can you access his tips? Yea, the B terminal on the TPS. It takes me good light and good glasses to see those letters.

AND, do you know how to get 30 guys playing Contra?

Sorry, I was delirious from the solder fumes. Lol.

And sorry, I don't know how to get the 30 guys on Contra. The contra I played was something like a tuba when I marched in the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps.

Also I now have a reading of 1 on the resistor test. Way better than before. Haven't drove it yet, I will in a few

OK, so its still doing the same thing when warm. :-\

I shot a quick video from it already being warmed up so you guys can see it stall. There's a disconnected harness in the shot, don't worry, I wanted to do the move of the mat sensor to the air box. I just grabbed one from a pick n pull for $7 and left the old on in it's original hole so I could be with back an forth if need be.

Post# 90 Agreed, that game rocked. Edit. Oh! Right! (up, up). I think that is one of the first that transitioned from things like "Pong" to what they have now. (I stopped at Missel Command). A fat cat in my hood actually bought the thing and took it home.

It's not a likely suspect, but please do the test of the AC output from the CPS. (connect the two leads of the meter set for low acv, to the unplugged cps, then crank it and note the voltage).

Let's see what others think. I'm wondering if a funky MAP tube could cause that delay.

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Wondering what happens to fuel pressure when loading up the engine. Hope it's as easy as the MAP tube though.

That was one of the first suggestions here, I checked it and the fuel psi running is 31, and when the vacuum is pulled its like 39. Then it would stall at 31, and crank over at 27-29

I'm of no help here but am curious what is causing this. I dealt with this exact issue for a year on my XJ and it eventually went away on its own so to speak. Luckily I don't have to deal with the C101 so that probably wasn't your issue to begin with but still was worth dealing with. I look forward to seeing this thing fixed.

No Phit! Can you tell me where you found a new MAP tube for that? Another poster waz asking and I thought they were discontinued.

I think it was intentionally made small, with a downward grade to the TB, so the drop in pressure could hit the MAP sensor fast. (might be 96-97 they moved it to the TB). The "grade" migh stop fluid/condensation, from causing a burp that would slow the dropping vacuum to the MAP. (the MAP needs that quick, to tell the ECU to lengthen injector pulse width.) (Provide more fuel).

Btw, the reason allot of us up-grade our injectors is to improve throttle response. In our case, the stock injectors are actually a fire hazard. Jeep lucked out...whatever lawsuits that went through, I didn't hear about.

Sorry, by "brand new" I mean "off of an XJ from a junk yard" but no cracks, I cleaned it out and the rubber was still taught. It was better than the rubber hose installed that flattened out when the engine warmed up. That was what I thought was the initial issue
