Mine would run fine standing still. Tested it and had wreak pressure.

Here is a possibility I thought of.
My ballast resistor on the inner fender has a long crack in it and they do nothing but lower the voltage to the pump.
Readers on here say Chrysler added them to lower the noise of the pump.
I could bypass it and drive it and see if it pumps better ?
The normal voltage should increase pump performance ?
