Check your pressure with a mechanical gauge. If it's OK replace the pressure sender.
Might also try cleaning out the small oil passage that feeds the pressure sender.

I google oil pressure gage and all I see is auto meter gages. it comes stock with one of those type gages, surely you meant something else? I found the location of the sensor and plan to change it thanks for that one.

Borrow or rent a mechanical pressure gauge from one of the auto parts stores. I"ll screw in place of the current oil pressure sender (on the oil filter flange) Or you could just remove the sender, clean out the oil port and install a new one, see if the reading improves.

And, the $64K question...What brand of oil filter are you currently using?

I think he may have bigger problems than the sender. If I'm reading correctly he's saying his jeep will stall if he doesn't lay on the gas at a stop. New sender won't fix that.

I think you may be right? OP can you be a little more clear on what exactly is the problem? Is it actually shutting down or are you just losing oil pressure?

I may be wrong on this, but don't the last few years shut the ASD relay down on complete loss of oil pressure?
