Yeah, we want ta know the outcome! Seems like blasting air out at same time as using shop vac should do something!

Shop vac or even a household vac will work. You just need to adapt a hose small enough to reach down into the duct so you can get right on the bills and pull them out.

It's kinda of weird that it would fall that far in and you wouldn't be able to see it. Are you sure she's not holding it? hahaha!!!!
I'd pull the blower motor and reach my hand up in the heater box to try to access it.

One time I had the center vents out because they were broken. I left my cell phone in there idk why and next thing you know it went down the ducts. I had to buy another one .

Honestly... How hard can it be to get into, or take apart your ducts? Get one of those long nut/bolt pickers at a hardware store. They're used for picking up small items in hard to reach places. They're also flexible with a three prong grabber at the end. Stick them down there, and get your money back.
