I put an air freshener in the center vent, then it disappeared. Found it like a month later inside the lower vents (under the front of the center console if you have one)

also I would go with what someone previously said, it likely fell down into the air ducts that go under and through the center console

When you get this $300 are you going to buy yourself a new track bar with the money instead of using your "home brew" one?

Take off all the vents that are easy to come off and just hood the air compressor up and blow air into the vent that the money didn't go in to. And it should blow anything out dirt, bugs, money out or at least where you can grab it
