Default Loud Noise Need Help

Well guys it sounds like a tea kettle is going off under my hood. I am almost positive it is my A/C pulley. the clutch is shot and it dosent work. But if its the bearings, I dont know how to replace them or is it cheaper just to get a new pulley. Know I am currently stationed in guam and parts are not cheap. So any advice would be great.

Either that or an idler. My idler or fan pulley is going bad (haven't checked which one) and it makes a similar noise when its cold, and an intermittent rattle when its not so cold.

My clutch for the A/C is completely shot, I would like to bypass it but dont know what size belt or any other equipment. Dont use A/C any way, so I wont miss it that much. Just want to get rid of the god awful sound. If anyone knows what parts i need that would be great. 1990 4.0L
