The stabilizer I think just thickens the oil and theres also many other additive that contribute to helping the engine run better. Another thing I was contemplating doing was changing my oil with 15W-40. Any input?
No it did not fix anything and perhaps made it worse....get rid of the lucus!
Your engine needs oil FLOWING through it more than it needs pressure. Do not restrict flow with thick oil or additives. Oil pressure is the most mis-understood subject.

Indeed. High oil pressure is resistance to flow.

Like high blood pressure, it can kill you (or your engine).

Update: I had the dreaded, 0331 cylinder head, and guess what showed up in my oil. Yeah, coolant. Long story short, replaced the cylinder head and I still have a low oil pressure reading. I mean, even though I did test with a mechanical gauge, and it never went low its just really annoying. Praying this is my final big job to my engine. And by the way guys, ive talked to many technicians and they all have nothing but good things to say about the Lucas Oil Stabilizer.

The coolant in the oil damaged your bearings, especially the cam bearings.

All the snake oil in the world is not going to put material back on your bearings. Mechanics aren't scientists that prove the benefit of something by rigorous, repeatable scientific methods.

I have found many, but not all, mechanics believe in a lot of hearsay about engines and cars in general.

You should have pulled the engine and did a total rebuild top to bottom if you are going to keep this Jeep. If you keep it long enough, you're going to have to go into the bottom end.

It's a crap shoot it may be fine for an "around town grocery getter" vehicle. However, I would be hesitant to drive it any farther than I would want to pay to have it towed back.

If you tested it with a mechanical gauge when the engine was hot and verified that you had at least 10 psi at idle, your sender is faulty. Go to the dealership and get a real Mopar sender. The aftermarket senders you get from O'Reilladvanceautozonequestboys have a tendency to fail again after a few months, and some are wrong right out of the box. You might get a good one, but the $25-$30 difference in price really isn't worth the hassle to find out.

If (and again, IF) you have definitely positively verified you have good oil pressure at hot idle, your cam bearings are probably okay. It might have just been a bad sender that fortuitously alerted you to the cylinder head problem before it had a chance to do major damage. So if that's the case, count yourself lucky.

Personally, I'd check that oil pressure with the mechanical gauge one more time just to be sure.

What are the exact pressure readings at hot idle, and say at 60 MPH cruise hot engine?

Mechanical readings and gauge readings please.

Just a ray of hope for OP, If your engine is not knocking and oil pressure comes up when driving you may have many miles left on that engine. It is not likely to grenade anytime soon....there will be warning signs other than oil pressure when that time comes. Coolant will destroy bearings, over time and also by how much coolant is in the oil. BUT that wear can be small and spread out over several bearings so the accumulative effect is reduced pressure. GET RID of the lucus!!! Your engine NEEDS oil FLOWING through it especially with worn bearings. Get your mind off the oil pressure thing....pressure is not a necessary function.....pressure is the result (or measure) of engine condition. The lucus is starving your GOOD bearings of oil. A bearing could care less whether it has 60 psi or 1 psi...it just wants oil,and a lot of it!
