Lug Nut seized!!
I went to take the rear wheels of my Four door today and found out that all five nuts on the driver side are Seized and one on the pass. side. The pass. side one I just used a air hammer and beat it till it was gone and I will replace the lug but the others are just to many to beat off. I used everything but heating them up and going to sears and looking for a 19mm stripped nut extractor. What do you guys recommend? I mean beat a 17mm socket on one and put a 24" breaker bar with another 24" bar on it and it just stripped it around and my Impact beat it till the socket was to hot to touch and nothing!

some use a smaller size socket and hammer it on then take breaker bar and free it like that.. or sometimes you have to chisel the lug off..
sucks.. i had it happen before..
Spray some pb blaster in there..should loosen it up

Nut Splitter. Replace the studs in the axle when you get the wheel and drum off. Use anti-seize when re-installing the new lugs on the new studs. As strong as you are bigbad I would have thought you would have wrung them off easily.

They just keep spinning but not coming off! I pounded a socket two sizes smaller on to one and put a bend in the breaker bar and then it just striped but didn't break! Trust me I have never had lugs seized this bad, PB won't help cause the are the lugs with the covered ends and they are deep in the wheel I tried that first. You guys don't think heating them will help any? This sucks I got the one off but I had chisel and beat i and chisel and get metal S**T in my mouth and and I'll have to replace that lug. But the other side Not ONE came off NOT ONE!

Chizzel ma jizzel.. what ever those youngins say...
heat just expands the metal.. you could grind em off or perhaps. Plasma cutter? lol i know .. nothing cutting a hole into your wheel too lol..
chizzel em off.. is my last resort..
just a thought.. you know.. those lugs have chrome around a nut.. sometimes the chrome part just spins around the metal nut.. is that the case?

if the chrome part is spinning you can dremmel tool cutter or grinder ... it off and have the real "lug" nut part exposed..

I've once used that piece of tool and I was able to remove damaged Lug Nuts with ease...

Have you tried splitting the tin cap off the lug nuts using a screwdriver and hammer?
The part the tin cap covers is neither metric nor American sized. You might be able to drive a socket on them and cheater bar or impact them off.
PB Blaster might help some. The base of the lug nut could be seized to the rim.
