I read a post about switching the door cylinders since the one in the driver side does not turn but passenger side does. Turns out the plastic retainer thingy that holds the linkage on is on the wrong side. Decided to put back together as it was originally. All was well except now neither door can be locked from the inside because the door rocker button wont move. Both sides are binding. I took the panel off again and I can move the linkage but I put the panel on and it binds. Any thoughts welcomed!
Chronically aggitated....

 

I'm having to deal with my driver side door, not unlocking from the outside. When I attempt to use the key, I cannot unlock it; but, I can lock it?!?!?
