Year: 1993
Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0 litre Straight 6
My next project is to put in the Power accessories ( Locks, seats, windows, and Mirrors). My rig is a 1993 Sport like Rikkisin's. A friend of mine is junking out his 1989 Wagoneer, and letting me pull these things from it + a 1996 recently came in at local junkyard.
One thing I have noticed is that 1992 seems to have been transition year on wire connectors, and window regulator motors ( attach points are same, though). And there was even a difference on a connector between 1992 & 1993 ( overhead console power connector at Kick panel changed to type used on Grand Cherokee mirrors).
The Power Door lock looks fairly straightforward to install, but the Window Regulator assembly looks like a pain to get out of door or to install. Any tricks that someone can share?
