Default MAP circuit low input P0107

So I've been fighting with this issue a while. I get weird hesitations at low throttle inputs any speed. If I give it 35%+ it runs smooth as butter. It seems to get progressively worse once warmed up and can become a fairly violent jerking/bucking. I feel like a Chicago commuter speeding up to 65 @ 35% throttle then coasting down to 55 any time I'm on the highway... It started out without codes, suspected TPS so got a new one, that didn't help, then I got the code for MAP circuit input voltage low, so I figured might as well replace the MAP and still no change. The only other thing is, occasionally I've seen O2 sensor heater on my OBD2 reader as "incomplete". Is there anywhere where those 2 circuits could interact?

P0107-MAP SENSOR VOLTAGE TOO LOW
When Monitored: With the engine RPM above 416 but less than 1500, the TPS voltage less than 1.13 volts, and battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.

Set Condition: The MAP sensor signal voltage is below 0.1 volt for 2.0 seconds with the engine running.

Possible Causes:
POSSIBLE CAUSES
MAP SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
INTERMITTENT CONDITION
5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT OPEN
MAP SENSOR INTERNAL FAILURE
PCM 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
PCM MAP SENSOR SIGNAL

Remove the electrical connector from the MAP sensor.

Turn the ignition switch to ON (engine off).

Using a digital Voltmeter set to 20 VDC, touch the connector pin cavity with the Orange wire going to it with the meter (+) probe and the meter (-) probe to the battery NEG post, you should see 5 volts +/- .5 volts.

Next, touch the connector pin cavity with the Brown/Yellow tracer wire going to it. You should see around .015 to .020 volts.

Sweet, thanks. I will definitely try that when I get home! All the tests I was finding involved sucking on the sensor and reading the obd2 value. If it's a wiring issue, any common locations? Also is this condition likely to wreck the new MAP?
