Default Metric or Standard???

What size tie-rod ends do I have? 99' XJ 4x4 4.0? I am going to do a lift in a week, and need to do some preventative maintenance. I saw Rockaut has them in 11/16"-18 and 22mm. Help Jeep kings. Thank you for your time. I'm new and still learning here.

yes, I searched first.

I think the "metric or standard" is for the THREADS, not the flats. I could be wrong though.
