mis in cyl 5

mis in cyl 5
i have changed the coil pack, intake manifold, spark plugs, checked all injectors, they all work fine, but still saying cyl 5 in misfiring. please help

what year is your jeep? did you change your plug wires? how many miles on engine did you check compression could be a burn't valve
