My beloved CEL came back on again. So I’m pretty sure I’ve ran out of ideas.

We have plenty of ideas up here on this forum. Lol.
Sounds like you lack a code reader? Do you know what the code is? A scan tool is $20 on ebay, with graphing.
How about IAC motor? Cleaning won't help much, if it's fried. That said, Same with TPS.
If multiple misfire, again, check for fuel pressure at the rail, injector resistance, injector voltage +12 with running, cam sensor sets the injector timing.....MOPAR only on the cam and crank sensors, How is the distributor shaft? Wobbly as a drunk sailor? Cap and rotor ok? Coil shorting out internally?<<<<this
