has any one tried amsoil's power foam it sound like the sea foam does the same thing. the amsoil oil one is in a spray can and you just spray it into the TB or carb. when I used it the exhaust was smoking a white cloud that smelt like plain soap. I felt a pretty good difference it smoothed the idle and almost as if it gave me more HP.

I'm skeptical about sprayin the stuff right onto the TB... I know a spray bottle wont lock it up, but I've used vac lines on my previous cars and know that way works. On my 97 cherokee, which vac line would be the best to use to get it directly into the mani?

Seafoam makes a product called "Deep Creep." It's the same thing as the regular seafoam but it comes in an aerosol can. I sprayed it right into the throttle body.

yea well I've already got a can of the regular stuff. I'm only really seeing two vac lines that might be usable. One from the crankcase to the mani, and one from some sort of A/C solenoid, to right below the TB.
Safe to use the one that connects right below the intake pipe/TB? I have no idea what it does yet

edit: nevermind, I just dumped it into the intake haha

Default i use

i have been using seafoam for many years and I agree that the tb is the place for it...I use the vacuum line that goes to the power brake booster..after you pour 1/3 to 1/2 a can into this line turn off you r engine and let it sit for 10 minutes at which point you will need to start and go on a 2-5 mile ride where you will feel like james bond with your smokescreen....I do not however recommend it in the crankcase unless you have extremely low miles or have been doing it regularly since new as the others have said it will open a can of worms and yyou won't have a good day!

I used it as well on my baby. Poured some into the crank case and then the rest into my fuel tank. Smoked like hell and after the smoke show ended, I had an obvious lifter tap! I noticed no change with anything except that lifter tap that was never there before I used it. I followed the directions to a "T" and was very dissapointed with the results. Be Careful!
