I was moving my jeep to work on it, it stalled and as it cranked it, it just stopped turning over. It won't turn over in neutral either. Any suggestions?

I can jump it at the starter and it turns over, but it slows down pretty quick and won't start. Might be the solenoid

I didn't know there was a relay. Where is it? The solenoid isn't making noise, so it's either bad or not getting power

It's a foot or so behind the battery heading towards the rear of the vehicle. There are 4 smaller black relay boxes close to it.

I've just wiggled stuff before on my batt terminal and it would start right back up. Could be some corrosion and bad connections too. I have a secondary pos. connection wire off my main pos. bat terminal running to it, and it was barely loose and caused what you're experiencing. Check out the info by cruiser54. It's a must do. If you haven't already, you should add a ground from battery as well.
