Ive already checked all the relays, and no it doesnt even crank, im thinking possibly the ignition switch?
Im pretty sure that the problem lies from the key to the starter, does anyone know anything that could go wrong in that area?

If the problem lies between your ignition switch and your starter than there are only a few of issues it could be. Try this. Find your starter relay. once there you should see 4 wires. The two larger wires (black/red and brown) are the power half of the circut. The two smaller wires (yellow and brown/yellow or black if you have an manual) are the control side of the relay. Your black/red should have constant power. If it does not have constant power than an 40amp fuse is blown. Your brown yellow wire (A/T) should have continuity with ground. If it does not have continuity than your neutral safety switch is bad and it should start by grounding this terminal out. If there is a problem between the switch and relay than you should be able to bump the engine simply by temporarily (less than a second) jumping a wire between a positive and where your yellow wire enters the relay. Now if you can start your jeep by jumping to the yellow wire than it is either the 60amp ignition circuit feed, a cut/bad starter switch wire or a bad ignition switch

If everything checks out but you cannot bump your engine over (in the manner I mentioned previously) than your starter solenoid is bad or power/ground to your starter is not sufficient.

Please note that these color codes come from my book and I have not personal verified them.

I took it to the shop after tryin everything myself, and apparently A. The battery terminals were bad(even though i was getting a spark to the starter), and B. the NSS was bad. Thanks everyone for your help, it was much appreciated.
