You may want to try and get a Jeeper that lives nearby to come over and give you a hand fixing your Heep (free).

Could you tell us how you tested that cps on 91? The resistance test is not reliable. It could tell you it's bad, but not that it's good. Random stalls and goofy gauges are hallmarks of a bad CPS. If you have a "no start", then unplug/replug it and then starts, there you go, failing CPS.
