I just fixed my blinker problem, the ground pins for the blinker sockets were all rusty as hell so i pulled them scrapped them off and they work now.

I also changed my fuel filter, after some clean gas came out this nasty brown and black gas came out with chunks in it out of the old filter :S

now I just need to get the cabin lights working and find out why the heater only somtimes works and everything will be fixed, well besides the suspension but I'm workin on that.

Oh and the power door locks... they are all working but dont actually unlock or lock anything because either the locks are to stiff or the solinods are to weak. probably both. Id like to get those working so I can put in this keyless entry and alarm system I have laying around.

I also just noticed the shocks are not inside the springs, lol sorry if that sounds stupid but this is the first car I've ever seen like that. That will make changing them ALOT easier lol

Wow can't even find my thread anymore buried in all the other ones... So I guess I'll just be posting separate threads about each thing. Seems to get better responses, guess people don't want to read a whole page of info. I'll be trying again to fix my heater issues today.

Just updating for fun, not that anyone cares, since this thread gets almost no responses.

Went to the junk yard today and damn this is a good junk yard finding car! I've never had any luck getting eclipse parts or bmw parts at jy's but they had like 20 86'-96' cherokees!

So got a nice not broken center console, handfull of screws to fill all the missing ones, the buttons for the doors that are supposed to turn on the cabin lights and make the buzer go off, decent blinker sockets, heater switch and a few other little trim pieces I'm missing all for 10 bucks! woohoo! What they didn't have out of all those cherokees was, door locks with a key and the yellow corner marker light covers which is what I was going there for

Got my blinkers working good, heater working good, all the int dash lights work and the ext marker and tail lights. Put those door buttons in now the stupid buzzer goes off when I open the door, still no cabin lights, theres not even voltage at them.

Used a bunch of pb blaster on all the door locks and actuators got them all working except the drivers one, its just too weak, but the tailgate one is dead, theres voltage but the actuator doesnt even try.

So a pretty successful day of working on my new jeep

Now posting a threads as to why my cabin lights dont work and how the F**K to get the tailgate actuator out, its Fin riveted in there
